By accessing or using the website, placing an order, creating an account, or purchasing a MYSURA Rewards Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein.
One-Time Purchases Are the Standard. Recurring Billing Only Applies If You Choose It.
Unless you separately and affirmatively select the MYSURA Rewards Membership or another subscription option, products offered through the website are sold as one-time purchases.
A one-time purchase does not create a recurring charge, subscription, or membership.
Recurring billing applies only when you actively select and purchase the applicable membership or subscription option. Such recurring options should not be preselected by default.

5. Customer Agreement Before Purchase

By completing a purchase where such acknowledgment is required, you agree to the applicable terms and policies.
6. One-Time Purchases
Physical products offered through the website may be purchased as one-time purchases.
A one-time purchase does not create a recurring subscription, membership, or automatic future charge.
Recurring billing applies only when you separately and affirmatively select the MYSURA Rewards Membership or another clearly identified subscription option.
7. MYSURA Rewards Membership and Recurring Billing
The MYSURA Rewards Membership is a recurring membership currently billed at $29.99 USD every 30 days.
Your initial membership payment is charged at checkout when you purchase the membership.
By purchasing the MYSURA Rewards Membership, you authorize BT International Commerce, LLC to charge your selected payment method $29.99 USD now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel.
You will receive an electronic notification approximately 5 to 7 days before each scheduled recurring transaction, where applicable, and a receipt after each successful transaction.
The MYSURA Rewards Membership must be actively selected by the customer. It should not be preselected by default and will not be added to a standard one-time purchase unless the customer affirmatively chooses it.

8. Cancellation of Membership
You may cancel your MYSURA Rewards Membership at any time.
You may manage or cancel your membership through your customer account where subscription management is available, or by contacting us at:
No phone call is required to cancel.
To avoid a future recurring charge, cancellation requests should be submitted before the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation of a membership stops future recurring charges after the cancellation has been processed. It does not automatically refund previously processed membership charges.
Membership refunds are subject to our applicable Refund Policy and Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
9. Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy.
Eligible opened and unopened products may generally be returned within the applicable return period, subject to the conditions, exclusions, product condition requirements, and other terms stated in the Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
